This article will explain how a high trust organization can be built. Please note that there is no way to have a high trust organization if the leaders are not trustworthy themselves. So, here are seven things trustworthy leaders do or encourage within their organizations.
1. High trust leaders want to hear the opinions and feelings of their staff. These kinds of leaders encourage frank, open discussion about all things related to their business and work environment. They accept legitimate criticism instead of stifling it.
