Claudia has over 25 years experience in the IT industry. She began her career with IBM in New York City in the sales support area and got promoted to a regional role at the IBM Asia Pacific Area Education Center in Hong Kong. After completing this overseas assignment, Claudia joined IBM China/Hong Kong and headed up the Education Center. She has turned the education services from a marketing support function to a profit making operation.
